Welcome to Harvard Athletes in Action!

Harvard Athletes in Action is a fellowship of students with the simple mission statement, “Loving God, loving people, loving sports.” We are committed to loving Jesus and sharing this love with our campus, with a special focus on the relevancy of Christ’s teachings in the life of a student-athlete. Vital to our mission is serving our community, as well as supporting and building each other up in our respective walks with the Lord. As part of this mission, AIA hosts various events throughout the year to serve others, make a positive impact on campus, and unite athletes.

The primary AIA meeting, FUEL, is a welcoming environment for anyone to come and hear Christ’s message of love, discuss deep life issues, praise God through song, or simply have fellowship with other student-athletes. As part of an effort to increase interaction between fellowship groups and to form a more tight-knit community among Christians on campus, AIA and its sister organization, Christian Impact, have merged their meetings into the one large group meeting each week. While enjoying a more united community and closer fellowship with CI, AIA nonetheless continues to pursue its mission to support small group fellowships across sports and serve as community of student-athletes committed to sharing Christ’s love on their teams and throughout the campus.
